In version 4.6.2 we have restored the old ways back Nitzan!

In iPhone I am not able to replicate this issue, event loads the image very fast and clicking on that loads a lightbox version of that image. 

Would it be heplful if the event placeholder shows some preload animation while the image is loaded into the page? Because sometimes the image takes a while to load fully in order to show.

Also kindly update to latest eventON version 4.6.2 which should also resolve several UX_val issues. 

please make these 2 code changes in your addon and that will fix this. We will also include these changes in the next version update to the action User addon.

In addition to above, I changed the “Feature image display style” on the EventCard in settings, and the image appears again. But with the setting “scaled cropped image to fit the full box”, previously the image slided to its fullest when clicked on. Now it opens in a new pop-up. Is it possible to change this back?

Hi Artem, still no luck. 4.6.2 doesn’t fix the black event image on the pop-up. When clicking on this, the event image opens in a new layer/pop-up over the event pop-up.

4.6.2 does fix the event card sliding down.
