I think that it should give you the list of codes we can use to login. Could you check?
Please follow the instructions in this documentation to activate debug in your site to see any PHP errors recorded that can provide insight on to whats going on. Please reply with a link to debug.log file. If you are not able to do this please send us FTP access to your site so we can do this for you.
Lazy load is not currently on.
No reports on incompatibility with Elementor. Please stay on the current version while we are working on fixing this.

Hi. i’ve try. Works but can’t see image post. I see all black.
We got the site back up, here is the shortcode that like caused this problem:
