Hi I have found the cause which Im hoping you can help with. Elementor changed their section elements to container elements sometime ago. My whole site uses containers for better performance.

When i deactive containers and replace the element with section all events are shown. However all other pages in the site content is hidden because they use containers.

So there must be a conflict with containers and your recent update. Please let me know a way forward, thank you

To fix the image issue, Please go to EventON > EventCard > try a different Feature image display style.

I would be very disappointed if this is not running on your test site. Yes it does work for me there.

I understand your point of view, but please understand mine. There are two completely different hosting companies, where I get exactly the same response: “good, null, null”. This is too much incident that two independent hosters show the same behavior. Guess what is my conclusion? This must be on your side. Or we have some general blocking for Germany or whatsoever. But then you and me we have to know that this is not a valid addon for some boundaries.

I was aksing you several times which is the source you are using. I can check explicitely with both hosters for any blocking. I am willing to go into this and find the possible restriction. But I need a starting point!

now i can’t see main calendar widget in either firefox or chrome. i can see it in safari but the featured image spaces are blank (gray space) and it is cropping into location images to make them unreadable (like it shows someone’s shoulder or a corner of a room).

So the issue is elementor. I have contacted them and they do not support third party plugins.

All event pages work except where filters are used, so the weekly plugin on this page https://g2solution.co.uk/gloucestershire/whats-on-in-gloucestershire/events-this-week/

And the main event page with filters also on https://g2solution.co.uk/gloucestershire/whats-on-in-gloucestershire/

On both these pages it only shows 5 events, disabling elementor shows all events.

The whole website is created with elementor, so unless these two pages work I can use any of eventon. I have purchased the ticket plugin which can not be used on live site and just renewed weekly plugin to ensure im up to date.

everything worked until last eventon plugin update. Please help, thank you
