Thanks for the update.

I notice that visitors have to press CTRL and F5 for this to work after the update, otherwise the month header just shows the loading bar.

I have cleared the caches but that doesnt help, how can I get this to work without asking every user to press Ctrl and F5?

so too bad that it isn’t working at this time.

Hopefully you can pinpoint it out where the problem is in.

Hi there,

Thank you for creating an test event.  I have added some text and an location on your test event. For a couple of minutes this one worked so i was happy.

I then created a new event with another location and when i look then to my event and yours I see the same behavior.

Please check it for yourself

Now the next update is there and the next problems. The mobile view is moved, some of the texts in the popup are no longer legible. The poster fits below, protrudes over the edge of the header.

Dear people from Eventon – I have accompanied you since version 2.x – have several licenses, pay the money for extending support twice a year.

62,000 sales of the plugin, probably about half use the calendar. If I calculate $ 31,000 x $ 40 a year, I get a sum of around $ 1.2 million annually. For this sum, the same 2, 3 or 4 employees in support.

With every new update, the calendar flows with functions that are added without being asked and impair the look. We users are not programmers – we spend money on it so that we can get a well -functioning and quick solution.

If you need Jitsi or Zoom – please, simply offer additional free of charge. Anyone who needs links to organizer data – an additional window is available via button in the settings. Likewise for people who want to provide information about the event location. With version 4.5.9, apart from the time zone problem, you had such a great and above all things functioning. What is made of it? Just let’s add a few clicks without being asked, a zoom feature image and a few buttons. And by the way, we also move the look and the texts a bit so that our paying beta testers can spend a whole weekend again to restore the previous state at least somewhat and stay with us for hours in the help desk, where we may then or Maybe not answer in the next 48 hours. Unless there is a weekend, holidays, public holidays or free of work.

You were on a great way to become number 1 of the calendar providers. In the meantime, however, the entries in the help desk are piling up after each update, because every only half-cooked beta version is apparently released on the users. Should they get along with it.

Doesn’t get me wrong, but in sales such a company and update policy stinks me. I expect that there are functioning solutions.

Where is your ambition to make the best calendar in the world? If you go on like this, the second or third best solution may be better than the best, even if it should be more expensive.

Incidentally, here is the image of the new version of the mobile view after the update on 4.6.1.
