All the necessary meta data is there for these platforms to pull images. Not entirely sure what more we can do about this.

Sharing your event on imessage looks good. But yea no image in whatsapp.

I am really sorry Tara. This double image must be very frustrating for you. I just tested with this very same event and I am not able to see 2x images in the shared image. 

Are you seeing this every time you share the event via imessage? 

can you please try this fix. in the file includes/eventon-core-functions.php around line 1627

Also are you able to do wp debug and see if that catch any PHP errors on new ticket orders?

Are you running QR Code addon version 2.0.1 Unfortunately your wp-admin login is not longer working. Can you please update the new login information.

So I was able to add this to the cart and no errors. Was something changed since you last messaged?

I just tested it and the dates and times are correct. Did you update tickets addon and thats what fixed it?
