Last question: Is there a setting to change the font size of the various elements. Like the event type, location and time? I would like to make them slightly bigger.

Have you been using the quick edit option the bulk editing option to edit events?

as thats really the only way to change all the events to long day

but its also the way to undo the option in bulk

What is your checkin page? You selected this one, but it doesn’t have [evo_checking_page] on it:

NOTE: If you want to use a custom page as a checking page. Create a page, add shortcode [evo_checking_page] save and select that page as checking page from above menu.

I cannot find any qr code images in Media, but orders seem to have codes assigned:

When I checkin with the image from the previous order, it shows me this link:

https://www.world-film-festival.com/event-directory/?id=8360-8359-8358T0

But since your checkin page doesn’t have the shortcode, it cannot checkin correctly.

When you use a default checkin page, does it work? Could you try?
