I have the Event Ticket addon renewing in 2 days. And bought an addon (reminder) that i can’t use htlm content. And also two open tickets about errors that made me lose a lot of time.

Despite using the plugin for years, i will have to decide (today) if i’m going to continue to renew or change plugin.

I kindly ask your team to give me an answer for my tickets till today, so i can make a decision.
