I have re-opened that ticket- you’ll need to provide full access to the backend the login you provided does not give us any access to eventon or the page eventon is at so we can’t diagnose without access

you have given us minor access to your website to diagnose- please make it admin so we can check all settings and page where eventon is located- right now we can’t see a thing

you are using a very old version of eventon from 2019

loads of updates since actually a HUGE amount of updates

To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website > make sure “Delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled” is Deslected from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. now because your version is so OLD theres a few things that you’ll want to do

I have ticked a box within your settings called

Do not delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled

leave that on when updating to the latest build BUT!!!!!!!!! after that that option will vanish on the new version (and the opposite option will appear-(so you have to toggle something to delete everything)

you will want to backup your site before updating – as you are updating from a time where updates caused all events to delete (there was a bug at that time) which is fixed in the later builds

take a screen shot of your appearance colors for reference as they are more than likely going to have to redo your appearance colors

if possible backup on a staging site first which is the safest way

Thanks Artem. That redirects them but I still see all the other info popup in the lightbox. Is there a way to hide that stuff?

Also (and happy to submit another ticket if needed) I’d like to remove/hide the “In Stock” text that comes up.

closed due to dupliacate- but we fixed it- see other ticket

thats fixed now (I toggled write dynamic styles to header in myeventon>>>settings>>>script and styles)

the content was there it was just white text on white background

I see your cache it turned off- I’d recommend turning it back on for a faster load
