I am so sorry Irene. Are you able to revert back to old RSVP version 2.9.10 and get the basic RSVP information until we resolve this? 

with new RSVP version 2.9.11 you are not getting any information correct?

All fixed thanks to your mastery of the plugin. Very happy. Ticket closed.

EventON 4.5.9 and new ticket version was released last night. 

As Artem mentioned please try running 4.5.9 and see if this is still happening as we have addressed several aspected about time in this new versino.
