I think that the issue is fixed, because when I check the event on the screenshot:

Your theme overrides the scroll. It seems that it directly checks for scroll action with JS, even so there are can be plugins that also affect the page. For example, EventON opens events as Modal Window what dynamically changes the window height, but your theme doesn’t take this into account.

Could you go to EventON > Scripts > make sure that Write dynamic styles to header is disabled? Also make sure to clear your cache plugin.

Could you try updating Tickets add-on to the latest version as well?

To update eventon addons: You can download latest eventon addons from myeventon > my account. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old addon and install new one and activate then delete the old addon. This link will further explain the process.
