we have your email being itas@ocde.us connected to this support helpdesk however we don’t see any purchases connected to that email

is there another email address used to purchase the addons

OK. I’ve downloaded the new version and also updated the ‘Tickets’ add-on. However, all the events that I had set up variations on have now lost those details. Also, the variation shows 2 fields – one works (Ticket Price variation) and the other one doesn’t work (Price)?
