Is there perhaps another plugin I can use to have this working? Like the same way when someone chooses you get an email? I really need this feature working, any help would be greatly appreciated

Unfortunately, we don’t any suggestions.

When you check-in them with QR Code, it will throw an error when somebody will try to use their ticket:
