I downloaded a fresh version on Jan 11 @ 8:40 am Eastern and installed on the site. I flushed the cache on my browser and the site. I also tried a different browser but I still see the same issue.

Also on dev2 it shows 3 fields even so I added 30

Please send us wp-admin access to your site as a private message for us to further assist your situation.

You need to hide the time using CSS and then show the one that you want using CSS.

There is also Edit Event > Time > Hide End Time from calendar. Or Edit Event > Time > All Day Event.
