Select Event List Type: Upcoming Events;
Hide empty months (Use ONLY w/ event list);
Past/Future Events Filter: Only Future Events.

Could you show us an example of an event with the issue?
I don’t see anything unusual with ”Tiền Phong Half Marathon 2025” event.

To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website > make sure ”Delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled” is Deslected from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate.

You could try enabling this. Auto complete option and see if that would help finish the processing orders.

Thank you for letting us know of friday and saturday events and the possibility to further debug after that rush period. We will also see if we can do more tests on our end to see if we can catch any issues relating to this.
Hello Leslie, thank you for messaging us. It looks from our system, this order has been auto renewing since 2019 with no issues. Perhaps a new policy changes require you to manual submit renewals.
However our system does not support manual renewal submissions.
Only other option would be to cancel the subscription and re-purchase the license. (which would be at the current price)
Your license is currently set to cancel on Nov 29th.
