Thank you for your help! We just placed four orders. 2 with Link by Stripe, 1 with a card, and 1 with Google Pay. The Google Pay order did not make the seats unavailable as shown here. Seats in the back right row which R and even numbered seats, there are four open green seats on the right side of the row which were purchased. The new purchase was R22 and R24 and went available after the 10 minute hold. It seems the issue is with Google pay.
This is the copy/paste from one of the 3 successful ones, and all look the same:

Never mind I see what is happening. please set the eventON calendar block shortcode to ux_val=’3a’ this way the get directions lable + input is printed only once in the page per each event. — lets please try this and see if that helps.

Oduls, any chance you can share wp-admin access to see which code changes would fix this?

Hello Darren, we want to get you set up so your client can use this setup that is already set up nicely.
Ok lets try this. Have you set up debug on your website?
Lets see if these failed transactions record any errors in the log.
Since this is a live website I want to ask is it ok if we make this example event live so we can run some tests and see if we can replicate failed transactions?

Ok Patulea I was able to replicate the same issue on our and and get it resolved. Please update actionUser Plus to the latest version 1.3.1 — this should resolve the issue of processing orders not addin submissions.

Hello,
Could you manually clear your browser cache? We updated the helpdesk, so it seems that you cannot reply because of old files still loading in your browser.
