Namaskar Scott, I know you mentioned you can not share wp-admin, problem is it is hard to diagnose what is going on from the video. Your website currently show just the shortcode. And we are not able to replicate this same issue on our end. So there may be combination of various other factors within your website that could be causing this issue.
I suppose what we can do is guide you to do some debugs on your end and see if those provide any feedback on whats going on and try to resolve those that way..
Have you enabled debug on wordpress ? and was there any errors recorded on ..wp-content/debug.log file?
In the browser console > network (under XHR) are you seeing any server errors? or any kind of errors?
Done lista and items addon refunded you still have fullcal addon active in the order.
It still doesn’t work. I tried it on 3 different browsers with cleared cache. Latest chrome, safari and opera browsers. Still nothing. I gave you my log in, I suggest you test it on your end first and make sure it works before you send me any answers.

I just did that — I also just did your last update and it changed all of the text in my cal to black and it can no longer be read — I went and changed the colors back but it will not revert back — the cal cannot be read this is very important that it is fixed as soon as possible.
