I could create one but it seems I can’t rsvp to a new event I created. Really want to test it before spending money on it.

Hi,

I don’t know if this is necessary. But I updated the ticket with new information now.  Taking the chance replying on this ticket, because Ashan is usually so busy that he doesen’t see the replies on the support tickets.

Oh, I missed you need FTP access again. Here it is:

FTP host name linux317.unoeuro.com
FTP port 21 (TLS possible)
FTP username viborgfolkeuniv.dk
FTP password 9H2eytnwgcEb
Folder for web files /public_html/

see video below

could be one or more causes

could even be a plugin conflict

but for now I have corrected the shortcode- that might fix it- or theres a few other options on the site

the settings >>>>general sets your website timezone- being that texas is minus 6- that could very well be removing the event 6 hours before it should be

as your events are in the morning- by the time you wake up they would have vanished- so perhaps to test put a 5PM start time of an event and see if it vanishes at 11am

Hi Ashan.. Now the issue is back on another newly created event. This is what the client writes:

The error has now appeared on the first of my new posts, the one called ‘I skyggen af Rusland’. It cannot load in the backend. I have deleted the cache in WP Rocket, but it didn’t help. I have made a number of new posts. They are all still drafts, and I haven’t put tickets on them yet.

This one I am sure you can replicate the issue. Please look into it.

Hello, it has been a week without a response and our custom fields are still not fixed. There was nothing else we did out of the ordinary but update the plugin add-ons as we have done.
