I completely understand. Please allow me to do some more test on your site. We really want to get this working for you on your website correctly!! Will keep updating in here what we find.

Please apply this patch fix and it will resolve this issue of fullCal grid not updating when there are no events 🙂

Unfortunately, the same issue:

[20-Oct-2023 13:52:47 UTC] PHP Fatal error:  Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in /home/tropiqueqi/www/wp-includes/class-wpdb.php on line 2425

There is nothing that can be done except increasing the overall performance of the server, I am afraid.

You won’t be able to view the staging site unless you make changes to your local PCs ‘hosts’ file.

The staging site is invisible to the world unless you make this change…

C:WindowsSystem32driversetc

Add the line…
34.237.163.172 staging.bobsgunshop.com

Hello,

I’ve installed the new Eventon update 4.5.3 and waiting to determine if it works differently (or better). I’m having a most distressing issue though, in that the countdown is assuming the event is in UTC instead of Eastern Time (New York). No matter what setting I adjust: WordPress, Eventon, or the Event itself, the countdown is off by 4 hours. The website time is correct (Eastern Time).

I may have to remove the schedule if I can’t fix this.

Thanks for your help

Just as a test, i turned everything off for ‘subscriber’, saved it and then tried it from a logged in subscriber account.

I was able to create an event, but not edit or delete.

I then turned everything on for ‘subscriber’ and then tried it again from the logged in account.

I was again only able to create, not edit or delete.

I also refreshed my browser between all attempts.

So, it doesn’t seem to matter what items are on or off in the capabilities manager. It just allows you to create and nothing else.

Best wishes

Neil
