Hey, is anyone reading these tickets? I sent u login information a week ago. And I sent it with a one time password, which expires after some time.. Have you even opened it? Or do you need me to send it again – you know, it takes time every time I have to do it. Can we make a deal when you’re going to have a look at this? These “support delays” are not sustainable.

We are going to be releasing the new version of EventON 4.5.2 which should resolve this issue. Hoping to release this version today or tomorrow as we do some more tests before release.

Kindly try Dave’s suggestions and let us know if you are able to find the conflicting plugin and get it to work.

Hello,

Please send us wp-admin access to your site as a private message for us to further assist your situation. I need to re-create this on our test site.

Could you try going to Edit Event > RSVP > click on Sync Count?

Hmm interesting we are running 2.2.4 and it is working fine on our end. Are you sure the email is not in a spam folder?

This is the part of the code that send out the email. It uses wp_mail() function from our helper class.

Please also send us FTP access to your site as a private message, so we can perform several tests from our end and resolve your issue fast!
