Please take a look at EventON > CSV Import > Guide:

Fields No Longer Supported

evcal_allday – use extend_type instead

So in order to import all day events, please use extend_allday.

Could you go to EventON > Tickets > enable Always redirect individual WC ticket Product page to event page on frontend?

It seems that some users can access Single Product and then make a purchase.

Could you also try using EventON > Tickets > Checkout > Enable auto complete ticket orders instead of Autocomplete plugin?

None of your orders are completed. Could you go to EventON > Tickets > Checkout > enable Enable auto complete ticket orders?

And/or go to wp-admin > WooCommerce > Orders > Edit > set Status to Completed.

This is related to WordPress itself and the only way is to drag them. Could you tell us your colleague’s OS and browser?
