Replies for tickets on suppota
Well, this is not good…so I had tickets addon since the very beginning – this is one of the main features you advertise (show remaining seats) for tickets addon – and the add-on (variation tickets) that comes on top of the ticket addon , deactivates that feature?!
And I need to vote for a feature request for this?!

that countdown can’t be changed- it will simply show the time the next event is coming

That is not a satisfactory answer – the things have been working properly for quite a while now, but suddenly stopped?
We’ve had similar issues in the past that we’ve ended up fixing ourselves by finding solutions that other users of your product have posted. If we can’t get help with this issue from you, we will likely be looking elsewhere for a different solution.

When you go to

and click on Organizer > Learn More, the first event is green, but the customer wants it to be Event Type’s color:
Since https://dev2.myeventon.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=eventon#eventon_social > “Override event color with event type color” is enabled.
