evcal_org_ig is the correct name, but not sure about the rest of the code, especially $event_pmv[‘organizer_tax’]. Are you sure that organizer_tax contains order id?

Could you go to your theme folder and make sure that it doesn’t have any custom EventON files? And if it has, please make sure to update them with new templates you can find in EventON folder.

To update eventon addons: You can download latest eventon addons from myeventon > my account. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old addon and install new one and activate then delete the old addon. This link will further explain the process. Thanks for your last note. We updated our EventOn plugins on both websites, inridgefield.com and homegardenctny.com and we will run some test event this week.  We’ll see if the upgrades make any difference.
