Instead of Main Calendar, please use Event Lists shortcode:

Please add this CSS code to EventON > Styles (If you don’t see any change, EventON > Scripts & Styling > turn off Write dynamic styles to header > save settings > turn on Write dynamic styles to header):

#evcal_widget #evcal_head .evcal_arrows.evo_arrow_next:before { transform: rotate(-45deg) !important; }

You can also instead of widget use a regular text element with added shortcode.

Author is the person who created the event. So you need to make sure that organizer and the event creator is the same person.
