kindly apply this patch fix for now. This should make it work again. In the next update to tickets addon this code change will be in there.

 

sorry about the delay. Kindly apply this patch fix. And this will solve when variations added to cart as separate tickets incorrectly calculating the cart total.

I have performed all steps in the documentation and the error is still occurring.

Are you able to give me a time this may be fixed please?

I understood that the block capacity would determine the availability of tickets if the variations have no value.

We don’t know exactly how many customers will buy of each variation, so we don’t give it a value.

We make 70 tickets available and customers are free to choice if they need to hire skates or not.

Is there a way to have the block capacity determine the overall ticket availability without the tickets being unlimited or fixed to a set amount?
