Hi, I removed the “/” and then page is running – but I do not know if that will solve anything or just create more problems.

As a temporary solution, you can downgrade to 4.3.5:

Since it works on our test server, we need to test what’s causing this on yours. Could you create a staging copy of the website with installed 4.4.2? Or 4.3.5 version works for you?
