Please also follow the instructions in this documentation to activate debug in your site to see any PHP errors recorded that can provide insight on to whats going on. Please reply with a link to debug.log file. If you are not able to do this please send us FTP access to your site so we can do this for you.

Please download events from EventON > CSV FORMAT.
Then import them with CSV Importer https://www.myeventon.com/addons/csv-event-importer/

Settings can be exported/imported by using EventON > Import/Export General EventON Settings.
Excuse me, I have verified again and the is the sequence and the problem appears when I first select a seat with the ‘TARIFA REDUCIDA’ variation and then I add a new seat again with the ‘TARIFA REDUCIDA’ variation.
Does Google say that it is blocking something? Try Page Speed or similar service.

Yes, it shows correct sizes, thank you. But now a have a bigger problem in the same seat chart/map, in the front end: after adding correctly a seat with the ‘TARIFA GENERAL’ variation it is not possible to add a new one with the ‘TARIFA REDUCIDA’ variation (it shows no price). And then when I return to the ‘TARIFA GENERAL’ variation for the same seat, the price shows 0.
Please, it is very urgent as we must publish many events in the next hours.
