But for some reason the featured event details are showing on the mobile version, but the regular event details are not.

On the desktop version no event details are showing.

WTH?

Actually this is now costing me a lot of money.

If people can’t see the details of the events they can’t click the ticket link and we lose money.

I’m trying to find the way to get the event details back on the page. How is that done????

Hello,

Please add this CSS code to EventON > Styles (If you don’t see any change, EventON > Scripts & Styling > turn off Write dynamic styles to header > save settings > turn on Write dynamic styles to header):

.eventon_events_list .eventon_list_event .evoet_cx .evcal_time.evo_tz_time { font-size: 18px; } .eventon_events_list .eventon_list_event .evoet_cx .evcal_time.evo_tz_time .fa { font-size: 18px; }

Hello,

Please downgrade to 4.3.5 as a temporary solution:

https://helpdeskx.s3.amazonaws.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/06/12031951/eventON4.3.5.zip

But before that please try installing https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/ and enable Troubleshooting Mode. Not sure why, but I cannot install any plugins.

Hello,

Your calendar is in Widget. Please try putting it into a regular Text Element.

…override the color of the events…

Override with Event Type’s color?

…override any event-specific colors globally…

There is only one event specific color – Event Color. You can use when importing with CSV Import:

color – Hex color for the event without # sign
