Most of the attendees are from past events. Is it possible to delete them? Everything before January 2023
I have been deleting the tickets from the event, but it doesn’t seem to make a difference.

To update eventon addons: You can download latest eventon addons from myeventon > my account. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old addon and install new one and activate then delete the old addon. This link will further explain the process. As for the issue with Countdown. Unfortunately, it doesn’t refresh the page when the countdown goes to 0. A customer must refresh the page manually. However please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote on your idea and get it moved into development faster.

Strange thing that when I go to https://dev2.myeventon.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=eventon&tab=evcal_2 > ADDON: Event Tickets > try to change “Your Ticket For” to “Вашият Билет“, it doesn’t save it.
Please try yourself because I cannot test customer’s issue.
Could you please update EventON to 4.4, Tickets to 2.1 and PDFer to 0.7?
To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website > make sure “Delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled” is Deslected from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. It looks like the new version has rolled out but I didn’t see changes to seats plugin. It looks like it was last updated at the end of last year. Does that mean the problems are likely to still exist with duplicate seats being ordered?
