What about the Enter/ new line / new paragraph issue?

Most of your locations don’t have Lat/Long. For example:

I put the address into Google and it changed it to “Könneritzstraße 88, 04229 Leipzig, Sachsen Deutschland”.

Could you create a new location with full address by adding the country name as well?
