Oh ok give me a second, even when i create as bob i dont receive email this is why i think i am missing something

Let me see if I can get FTP access for you to put that on there. I’m not sure how we might be able to test it other than running a new “show” and selling tickets for it. Is that what you’re suggesting?

When you select Virtual, it disables Shipping for the product:

But I think that Woo still checks the shipping zones and if it does’t find the correct one, it shows the error message.

So you can either completely disable the shipping or create one “World” zone:

Could you go to EventON > Language > Months and Dates > make sure that months and days of the week are capitalized?
