Thanks Artem. But It is only currently showing the expanded event card because I have turned on the setting show event card open by default in eventon settings so it is not showing because of the code fix you mentioned as I have I returned it to the original code. I will just wait for the next app update with the fix to be issued as may be easier

ehi, i let it know…. now i change the event card and now is alwais visible the event card otherwise it was impossibile submit the tickets… but it’s not the right way

Your version of Tickets add-on is outdated. Please update it, so we can continue with the support.

To update eventon addons: You can download latest eventon addons from myeventon > my account. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old addon and install new one and activate then delete the old addon. This link will further explain the process. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!

The issue can be causes by outdated by one of add-ons installed. Could you update them?

Please follow the instructions in this documentation to activate debug in your site to see any PHP errors recorded that can provide insight on to whats going on. Please reply with a link to debug.log file. If you are not able to do this please send us FTP access to your site so we can do this for you.

Hi Artem. I just managed to find the correct file and removed the code you suggested however this has not resolved the error for me. Any other suggestions?
