EventON doesn’t have a functionality to download this info. However please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote on your idea and get it moved into development faster.

It seems there is some kind of incompatibility issue.
Please follow the instructions in this documentation to activate debug in your site to see any PHP errors recorded that can provide insight on to whats going on. Please reply with a link to debug.log file. If you are not able to do this please send us FTP access to your site so we can do this for you.

Because of Avada Builder EventON’s events don’t save. Not sure what to do. There are quite a few customers with the same issue.

Could you go to EventON > Appearance > EventTop Styles > make sure that “Text under event title (on EventTop. Eg. Time, location etc.)” is white?
After the change If you don’t see any change, EventON > Scripts & Styling > turn off Write dynamic styles to header > save settings > turn on Write dynamic styles to header.
Also try disabling Write dynamic styles to header.

EventON uses it’s own Single Event Page template for events. The only way to change it is to customize by following

I’m using Oxygen Builder and the template created for the entire website has allocated the general design.
Could you tell us more about how did you create Header with Oxygen. Usually you can just copy page.php’s contents into Single Event Page template which should solve the issue.
