It is not possible to change theme on the live site. I have re-copied over the live site onto the Staging site for you to test if you’d like to recreate the exact settings on the live site, login credentials remain the same. The “User Specific Content” plugin did seem to be causing an error on the front end of the site for the newly copied staging site so I deactivated it, and I’ll need to do more testing there to see how to effectively remove/replace that functionality. Feel free to turn it back on to recreate the error. However the results for the EventOn calendar after the User Specific Content deactivation are still the same: No events, one event, events showing attributes on the back end list view, events not showing attributes even though they’ve been set properly, inconsistent and incorrect. I do not believe that this is user error.

We really need a fix for why it’s not showing consistently or accurately. Please let me know if there’s anything else you need from me for testing.

I updated the plugin on the live site and cleared cache and as you can see in the attached image the information is now showing correctly on the back end, leading me to assume they would show on the front end, but there are no events on the front end. Everything is set up correctly but nothing is being shown.

I noticed that there is a plugin called “User Specific Content“. Is it possible that it can restrict access to events for EventON? Or maybe “User Role Editor”? Is it possible to disable plugins and switch the theme on your live site for a quick test? Or could you create another staging site (you can delete the previous one), but make sure that dates are correct?

Unfortunately, Waitlist isn’t compatible with Tickets add-on. It’s not possible to replace RSVP with Ticket and the other way around, I am afraid.

Unfortunately, we unable to help with customizations since it’s against CodeCanyon’s Support Policy.

By following the guide you should be able to add additional fields.

Hello,

Could you tell us about your issues with our products? Maybe we can help you to resolve them, so you can continue using them.

If you just disable it, nothing will happen when you enable it again. Just make sure that if you want to delete the plugin completely (to update it, for example) that EventON > Delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled is disabled.

Hi again!

I got the addon and did quite a lot of css customization and I think it’s turning out quite nicely. Currently I’m working in the stage environment which can be found at this adress:

http://jarnafestivalacademytest.stage.velumi.site/sv/hem/

I managed to fix almost verything I wanted with css and just have some very small questions:

  1. I would really like to have the corners of the events in Weekly View to be square instead of rounded. What is the css for accomplishing this? This is by far the most important thing to fix.
  2. Is it possible to make featured events non clickable?
  3. The color scheme of the weekly menu is really nice, but I would like to change the hover color. Is it possible?
  4. I changed the functionality to replace grouped events in the week-days menu with the original dots (the dots are usually removed when there are more than three events in a day), but since more than three dots are never displayed it’s a little bit confusing that the event titles are shown on hover. Can this be disabled?

All best,

Peter
