Hi Pat,
The ownership that was changed in that ticket was for the Events ticket addon. For the Codecanyon main Eventon plugin you will need to reach out to them to help with that.

My customers cannot cancel repeat event because frontend calendar claims it cannot find their email addres aka booking.
Only possibility for customer to cancel is if they in the calendar find the first date in a recurring event and cancel from there. If that date has passed it is no longer visible in calendar and therefore recurring event is not possible to cancel.
The booking and email is present in backend for admin.
Just posted a new ticket about overbooking as well. Probably not related to this but still.

The test you showed me works fine. Time is counting down. For me, this time actually goes down, but you can see it only after pressing a specific event again.
by the way – this test you sent me, what type of eventon is it?
