Hello,

The only way is to customize the source code. Unfortunately, EventON doesn’t support such functionality at the moment.

Hello,

When I check the page with https://validator.schema.org/, it doesn’t show any issues. Could you send us a screenshot of the error?

You are welcome, in my case I have used Burp Suite. I use it to try to hack my websites and projects. About the bug, I think the correct thing would be that nyp would only be valid when the ticket in question has the option to write your price active. If you have noticed you can also change in the request the ticket type so you can also cheat the purchase. Maybe making that when you add a variant this is saved with an id in the database could avoid this, and you could do the same with the price of the variant.

That’s ok, thanks for the advise, I already copied over the order and post tables with both their meta tables. We just had both websites open for the scanners at the event so it worked ok in the end.

we do have a separate issue we’ve just noticed with the new site. We have tickets as variable products with ticket type as an attribute and values such as first release, second release, VIP etc all with different prices and stock quantities. The problem is some orders are showing more than one ticket type even though it’s impossible for the customer to select more than one ticket type. This then affects the price of the tickets randomly, please see screen shot attached. It’s listed 2 ticket types when the customer only selected one and the price is £1 per ticket when each of the ticket types should be £5 and £12.50. It doesn’t make much sense and it happening on about 1 in 5 orders. Let me know if you have any ideas what’s causing it?

Hi Robert,

You can use the shortcode below

[add_eventon_list number_of_months=”3″ tiles=”yes” tile_count=”3″]
