Ok i think what is happening is this. We use wordpress get_terms() and passing hide_empty = yes but your speakers have events assigned to them but they are old /passed events so the speakers are showing up in the list.

We do not run through all the events to generate the speaker list to see who has events we are relying on wordpress function. We can run through the events list but that would seriously slow down the initial load time.

I guess what you could do is auto trash past events. That would be something you can do within the current build without having to add anything. We will need some time to explore the other alternative, unfortunately and that would take some time.

I am really sorry markus, still trying to understand what the issue is. What I gather is, your customers are not able to cancel the future repeat events because it says it has already passed?

I think because you are using fixed capacity for all the repeating events might be the issue… (need to explore)

Thank you for pointing this out. I will add this in the next version update into the settings so you can set the number of months in the settings. Just be aware when you update RSS addon that your code changes will be overridden.

This is generated for the event URL to pass the language and repeat instance of the event. Because repeat instances are only virtual instances of 1 actual event.

Unfortunately, I need a screenshot similar to https://helpdeskx.s3.amazonaws.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/12152347/Screenshot-2023-03-12-at-23.23.16.jpg, where I can see the structure.

Could you find td-pb-row on Elements tab?
