Same issue. Apologies for the double ticket — I didn’t see Attila’s ticket when I searched. 

I confirm the bug — no menu appears when clicking. I’ve reverted to the previous version.

Thank you very much, everything is ok, PayPal notified me of the refunds

Sorry about the delay I have gone ahead and refunded you for all the orders. 

Ok We have moved the licenses over. Only 97377 is on subscription which was moved over to client account, and should proceed with their payment method via paypal. Rest was purchased before we had subscriptions, so those are good for life and they have been transferred over to client as well. 

please check to make sure they appear correct on your client’s account and is removed from your account at myeventon.com

Now you can delete the lite version of the plugin since you’ve managed to enable the full version.

Please try this patch fix. remove the comma at the end.

GoDaddy has cache functionality that can cause this. Is it possible to disable it for test and see if the issue continues?

Please also try following the instructions in this documentation to activate debug in your site to see any PHP errors recorded that can provide insight on to whats going on. Please reply with a link to debug.log file. If you are not able to do this please send us FTP access to your site so we can do this for you.

Okay I have deactivated the EventON Lite and I have been able to activate EventON Full now. Should I delete EventON Lite too? It still shows EventON Lite in the admin left menu (as seen in screenshot attached). Also, where are the setting to use EventON Cal. I can’t locate them anywhere (see other screenshot). Thank you!
