Which info are you referring to? We’ve never stated that Elementor allows you to change EventON’s default templates.

When you done changing any color in Appearance, if you don’t see any change, EventON > Scripts & Styling > turn off Write dynamic styles to header > save settings > turn on Write dynamic styles to header.

update with more urgent problems… the registration was working on our conference event even though we were unable to add it to new events. now the registration area has disappeared from previously existing events.

I was able to resolve the issue through my hosting company. There was a security plugin that was triggering a block from normal site activity. They were able to whitelist the trigger and I’m now able to post events.

THIS IS GETTING VERY URGENT>

please, please help – we have our annual 3-day conference coming up in two weeks and are unable to add schedule or speakers. We have celebration concert the day after the conference that we need to add registration. Even the date (!) field does not appear in block or classic edit so it is almost impossible to add new events, even editing the description text overwrites the event date to today’s date.

we paid about $750 in subscriptions last year for 17 of your plugins and have been faithfully paying since 2020 – now is our hour of need

I tried follow the steps you said but didn’t work.

I copied the file from taxonomy-event_speaker.php from ‘/eventon-speakers-schedule/templates/’ to ‘/themes/Newspaper/eventon/’ and the page didn’t change

There’s other way I can do this change?

This may be a clue? I can add a new page, but when I try to update an existing page I receive an error “Server Error (403 Forbidden)”. I’m checking with my hosting company to see if there’s something on their end.
