All test events work indeed. I found the problem.
The events dont work if i use the name of a slug/attribute registered elsewhere on the website in the beginning of the permalink.
For example, in woocommerce i have the attribute Druif (grape)
https://www.oenopolis.vin/evenementen/druif-test – DOES NOT WORK
https://www.oenopolis.vin/evenementen/test-druif – WORKS
The same thing happens with producer attribute and others.
My other event had a permalink starting with druif and it was giving an error.
Is there a reason why the above would happen?
Why do you expect users to be developers? The whole point of using WordPress and plugins is to allow normal people to achieve results without having to be programmers. All your advice points to manual modifications of either CSS or templates, or hiring a developer. You charge a significant amount of money for every add-on, and whenever help is requested, you point to complicated guides. What are you changing for? Either allow users to customize the purchased products in a manageable way or provide support we pay for rather than pointing to complicated guides requiring high levels of access and coding skills.
Please also address the issues raised, including the lack of results while changing settings that I mentioned in the ticket.

What you are trying to achieve isn’t possible with EventON, unfortunately.

You can also change it by using CSS. Follow the css customization guide to further edit style changes.
