Hello,

Unfortunately, Schedule View isn’t available for DailyView. However please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote on your idea and get it moved into development faster.

If you go to EventON > EventTop > enable Show edit event button for each event, you’ll be able to edit an event from the back-end. There is no way of redirecting to Action User or opening a modal edit window. However please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote on your idea and get it moved into development faster.

Hello,

Please update Event Tickets first and check if it fixes the issue.

To update eventon addons: You can download latest eventon addons from myeventon > my account. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old addon and install new one and activate then delete the old addon. This link will further explain the process. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!

Next please follow the instructions in this documentation to activate debug in your site to see any PHP errors recorded that can provide insight on to whats going on. Please reply with a link to debug.log file. If you are not able to do this please send us FTP access to your site so we can do this for you.

Hello,

Each add-on has it’s own shortcode:

Main Calendar – [add_eventon]

DailyView – [add_eventon_dv]

WeeklyView – [add_eventon_wv] and so on.

Try them on https://dev.myeventon.com/wp-admin/

Hello,

You cannot define default values for custom meta fields. They need to be filled every time you create a new event, otherwise they aren’t visible.

There is no way of making a field mandatory (custom meta fields and Action User), unfortunately. However please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote on your idea and get it moved into development faster.

We have it functioning, it seems it needed the tickets update to get it all working.

The issue was that when we made the purchase the payment was processing and did not update the license.
