We don’t need wp-admin access to your website, just to take a look at the event itself.

Old versions of our add-ons aren’t available, unfortunately.

Just update everything and send us a link to the event with the issue. We will give you the CSS code to hide everything.

Could you take a look at the event with Calendar View selected:

In 4.3.3 there was an issue with event_type filtering. Please update to 4.3.4. It will fix your issue.

They cannot give us login info to their server.

Assign users doesn’t work for them.

The only other option is i can migrate this site to another instance remove all the clients info and user data… then you can work on the other instance and try and resolve these issues…

I might need a second EVENTON licence temporarily for the new instance, it might work when i migrate.

Not sure re difference between live and staging… just your plugin not working.

I have deactivated others and yours still didn’t work.

I can’t give you access the client won’t let me.

If it won’t work easier just to refund and I’ll delete the plugin.

I leave here the shortcode but this code in update  4.3.2 worked so I doubt that's the problem. I understand that it is something that you have changed in the update
