Hello,

When I load a page, after a second or so, all custom meta fields are deleted from Event Card. However, when I check the website in Troubleshooting Mode, all fields are there:

Could you please try the instructions mentioned in this documentation to make sure your issue is indeed coming from eventon.

Hello,

When you add ux_val to your shortcode, EventON will use it before Edit Event > User Interaction for event click:

Please also note that your theme or a third-party plugin already uses /events slug, so EventON cannot use it and shows Single Event page as 404 error page:

https://dev.kousekdesign.com/cargogallery/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=event

So change slug by following:

Please send us wp-admin access to your site from “Access Info” box on right side menu, to further assist your situation.

WooCommerce handles the payment functionality. Please take a look at

https://woocommerce.com/document/stripe/setup-and-configuration/connecting-to-stripe/

This is no related to EventON, I am afraid.

In order to show only future events, please add event_past_future=”future” to your shortcodes.
