Hi Amy,

Please follow the instructions in this documentation to activate debug in your site to see any PHP errors recorded that can provide insight on to whats going on. Please reply with a link to debug.log file. If you are not able to do this please send us FTP access to your site so we can do this for you.

When using the FTP, you can also rename the Eventon plugin to deactivate it and enable you to access the wp-admin dashboard

Hello,

I deactivated EventON and then tried to activate EventON main and it tells me there is a fatal error.  Now I can’t even get into my dashboard or anything?!?

Thank you for your response,
so I deleted and reinstalled v. 4.3.1 and so far it seems to be working as it should, I’ll do some more testing and if it’s the case I’ll get back to you.

EDIT:
If by chance other users ask you if it works with PHP 8.2, I have in my system PHP 8.2.1 and I have absolutely no problem, this is for your information.

Have a nice evening (Swiss time)

Guido

Still haven’t been able to get it right. I removed some things from the divi theme settings that might have been interfering. Would you be able to get the page back to where you had it on this comment “Jan 9,2023 AT 1:10PM – Posted 2 Weeks Ago – #301782“? That was the closest we got to rendering the content on the page. I will try to figure it out from there. Also, do you think updating event on to 4.3.1 would make any difference?

Hello,

Please add the custom CSS code to “EventON Settings > Styles” and save changes. If you do not see the new style changes, Go to “EventON Settings > Styles & Scripting > Turn off write styles to header” Click save changes – to write the styles css code direct into page header. You can turn this off once the cache is cleared. You can also clear cache on your website via wordpress and/or from server to make sure new style changes are populated into page.
