Hi Kritin, I switched to ux_val=’3′ and the event details shortcode will not process. I think ux_val=2′ is the best option for you.

that shortcode should work fine. Just make sure event image is set to be visible in eventtop designer.

kindly please try re-installing 4.3.1 and make sure to clear cache after the update.

Is there another email you have used to purchase eventON addons?

So event tags, are used everywhere in your site as tags.  

Something you can do is, hook into the pluggable function in register post type and remove post tag support for eventON.
