In order to request a refund, please create a new ticket under Billing & Accounts and be sure to include the order ID for which you need a refund for and the reason for requesting a refund.

I use arigato on my own website for sending newsletters, auto responders and one of email bursts
while it doesn’t give the benefit of the invite only to an event its great at sending mass emails
the only thing I would say when using it is you will need a free smtp plugin to help send mass emails out

you can also depending on your server host clear your cache from within your hosting environment

This error usually happens when the plugin files are cached and some old files are still used after updating the plugin.

I would do one of the folowing:

1: log into your hosting environment- if you have something like cpanel- go to filme manager and navigate to your plugins and simply delete eventon folder

2: provide us with FTP details (this ticket is private so only you and we can see it) and we can log in and remove it.

once removed we either clear the cache but probably better to deactivate the cache altogether temporarily and then re-upload eventon- then turn on the cache

I tried to add an additional ICS fields, just like in this link

I have two fields that I want to add, but I don't know how to modify the function below:

As it is now, it doesn't work.
If I put only one field it works, but I want to put both fields inside the evoics_save_inloop function
For example if I do this, is work.

• When setting up Invitees, what fields are available when setting up invitees?
• Can we set up custom invites? What styles are available? Can I see a sample?

Also, I purchased the plugin accidentally. Can you assist to refund/cancel that purchase?

When I try hide_mult_occur=”yes” the event doesn’t appear in the list at all. In my experience, the original event date/time works with this setup, but once the recurring events are next in line, this shortcode doesnt work the same way.

I will look into Event Lists Extended.

I’m sorry, but I don’t understand – – where do I find this?  Is it possible for you to give me more details?   I know how to edit an event, but I don’t see this there – – can you zoom out or start further back to help me find where you’re talking about?  Event Color is already set at white from what I can edit within each individual event…..

Will I need to do this for each individual event?  Or is there a way to set it as the default?  That’s what I’m trying to do is create it as a default.
