that the ‘ask a question before you buy’ functionality it meant to be addressed to the provider of a platform (that uses the action user plugin) instead of being received by the event organizer (?).

Thank you for your great suggestion, at the moment it is not supported. However please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote on your idea and get it moved into development faster.

a) This is not possible with Action User/Tickets. Take a look at https://wordpress.org/plugins/dokan-lite/ or similar plugin.

b) Use https://docs.myeventon.com/documentations/setup-use-custom-meta-fields-events/ to add a new section with contact email. Usually websites move this to Footer or Header as “Contact Us” link that redirects them to Contact Form page.
