Thank you Jenny for letting us know of this. I can see the issue as well. Will see what I can do about this to resolve it for the 4.3 update we are getting ready to release next week 🙂

I am not able to find any account in myeventon.com with your current emails. Let me know what the emails used there to create the accounts to purchase addons and I can close those out. And FYI you will not be able to access any of the purchased addons afterwards.

I am not very familiar with rankmath unfortunately. As for tag archive page. I am not seeing anything that can block public access to post_tag archive pages. Try searching hide public access to custom post type tag archive page. That is what it is. Perhaps you might have better luck 🙂

Next version we will probably be releasing next week just need some testing done by Artem before release 🙂

Hello Chris, in eventON 4.1 version I believe we made several changes to single events page template as we are working on moving towards the wordpress’s new block based page templates. I believe that is why some of those codes have stopped working. Kindly reffer to the new single event template to update your custom codes.
