I cleared the website caches, and checked with clear browser and in another browser (chrome) but unfortunately still the same – see screenshot attached.

Any ideas?

Thanks for the recommendation, but unfortunately, if we can’t work with attendees directly, nothing works since we need to create certificates, create a WordPress account for them so that they can watch some videos before the event, email them specific instructions, etc., we have been doing all that by hand. At a time when there were few events, it was fine, but as the company grows, this is becoming the primary source for errors and customer complaints, so unless we figure out how to work directly with attendees to automate everything, we will be forced to discontinue the use of EventON and move on to something else, which is what we want to avoid for all that implies.

Thanks for your help anyway.

If they don’t see the benefit of having the RSVP system all under their own website and they have no issues going to a 3rd party website for event registration my advice is use event brite. they can always get the rsvp addon later.

our customers either want to have complete control over their events so they get the addons- while others are more than happy to use 3rd party sites to handle the management

there are pros and cons to both the RSVP addon and event brite there are things the rsvp addon can do that the eventbrite can’t do and things eventbrite can do that the addon can’t so

1: figure out what the customer needs

2: sell to the need, don’t sell them things they don’t need. that builds trust

So get them using eventbrite but when they want to put on loads of events and have it managed all under their own website then perhaps upgrade to the addon
