while this wont solve all your issues- maily the additional names on the ticket)
I have used this plugin to send my newsletters https://calendarscripts.info/bft-pro/
this allows newsletters and auto responders and to create as many different lists as you want
one of the features is the buy a product get added to a list (that I have set up a list for each of my core products)
product 1 gets added to abc list
product 2 gets added to list xyz
and so on
that then sets off that particular lists automated emails that I have previously set up- plus I can send them a manual email just to a single list if needed.
the help file on woocommerce integration is https://blog.calendarscripts.info/woocommerce-integration-in-arigato-pro-3-0-1/
while it wont solve everything it might solve some issues
but currently we don’t have a zapier integration BUT we are working on it- I’ll assign this ticket to Ashan to see where he is on the zapoer integration for tickets

did you purchase them all as a bundle? or did you purchase them individually?

Hi,
In both cases, there’s a flaw. Let’s say I have attendees to an event that I would like to add to a drip campaign, which would automatically remind them of the date as it approaches, and send them special considerations as well as the weather for that day, etc… In that case, if I extract the records from Woocommerce orders, I get whoever paid for the order. Still, I don’t get the attendees (i.e., if I pay for three people, woocommerce submits my name but not the other 3). Furthermore, if I wanted to email them manually (who wants to do anything manually that can be automated), I could not know who’s gotten which email, and there is no way to personalize those emails; it’s archaic.
Let’s say I would like to send a liability waiver to each of the attendees or that I would like to create a certificate to be printed before the event; how do I extract the names of the people that signed up, or better yet, how do I automate the export of each ticket holder as it is generated so that I don’t have to worry about it for every event?
Zapier is a great tool, but there is no trigger that I can use for it at ticket generation. Any other ideas?
Thanks.

Ashan,
Not sure what’s going on:

I though that maybe it’s their location, but on dev2 similar event with Virtual Location has no issues:

EventON is too old:
EventON EventsMap is disabled! – EventsMap need EventON version 4.1 or higher to work correctly, please update EventON.
Please update to 4.2.2.
To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website > make sure “Delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled” is Deslected from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. This link will further explain the process it. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!
