In order to request a refund, please create a new ticket under Billing & Accounts and be sure to include the order ID for which you need a refund for and the reason for requesting a refund.

I can’t afford another $40 for a plugin. Isn’t it possible to have a refund?

I deactivated all the plugins and still had the issue.

The thing is that we don’t really know how Oxygen works and what makes it doesn’t work with the latest update.

Please don’t update EventON for now and contact Oxygen developers and ask why their custom template doesn’t work with ajde_events Post Type:

1. & 2. Thank you for your great suggestion, at the moment it is not supported. However please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote on your idea and get it moved into development faster.

I’m sorry but when we were trying the demo, it said that the FulCal display was included with the main calendar plugin; that’s why we bought it.

Every other Addon has the “Buy now” button, but the FulCal has the “Buy EventON” button, and that’s exactly what we did.
